IRONMAN Wales begins on Tenby's North Beach, which provides one of the most spectacular swim locations on the race circuit. Challenging bike and run courses are helped along with vocal and enthusiastic spectators.
IRONKIDS Wales is a 'run only' event for up to 1,000 children aged 3-14 years, to be held in Tenby. It's all about having fun and each child will receive a medal once they cross the finish line under the iconic IRONMAN finish gantry. IRONKIDS is open to all children between the ages of 3 & 14 years old on race day. Register online here.
LONG COURSE WEEKEND Tenby

Enter now and make sure you’re a part of Wales’ biggest festival of sport! Taking place over 3 days, on Friday you’ll tackle a 2.4 mile swim, before a 112 mile cycle on Saturday and a 26.2 mile marathon on Sunday.
TAFF KIDS
Friday 7th July at North Beach, Tenby.
Kitted out with a Taff Kids t-shirt, the children have a dip in the sea before they run over the finish line for their medal. A great achievement for the children and a great event to watch!

Now in it’s eighth year, and one of Wales' biggest open water swimming events. Many athletes across the UK & overseas - include the swim as a great get-away race in the season. With amazing scenery, blue flag beaches, and an atmosphere that really is electric, you won't want to miss it.

Sat 8th July 2017
One of Wales' biggest cycling events – A must-do in the mid-season schedule. With an award winning finish line, an atmosphere few can compete with, as well as being the UK's only televised sportive, you won't want to miss it.

Open Water Sea Swim from Caldey Island to Tenby

Takes place over two days in May and has established itself as a must-do event for sportive riders from the UK and the near continent and it is twinned with the Tour of Brittany Sportive; Tro Bro Leon.
